When you use Pabbly Email Marketing, you may provide information such as email addresses, contact lists, and email content. Pabbly Form Builder: Pabbly Form Builder is a tool for creating online forms and surveys. Affiliate Programs: Pabbly offers an Affiliate Program that allows individuals and businesses to earn commissions by referring customers to our services. When you sign up for the Pabbly Affiliate Program, you will be required to provide certain information, including your name, contact details, payment information, and marketing preferences. We collect this information to facilitate your participation in the Affiliate Program, track referrals, and ensure accurate commission payments. We collect and process data related to commissions earned through the Affiliate Program, such as the number of referrals, referred customers, and the corresponding earnings. Payment Processing Information: When you create a paid account within the Services or otherwise initiate a transaction with us, we will use a third-party payment processor to process the payment. We do not collect your credit card number, expiration date, or pin number. If you're added as a team member to any Pabbly Connect account, we will share your information with the team account holder. The team account holder will have access to your name, email address, avatar (if any), usage. Any information you share through a team account, including integrations that you create, will be available to the team account holder.
The Services allow you to collect, process, transmit or disclose information, content, or posts that may include other parties' personal information. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to collect, process, transmit or disclose other parties' information. By using the Services, you represent that your privacy policy accurately describes your privacy practices and that you have obtained all legally required consents to collect, process, transmit, or disclose the information you process using the Services.

Authentication tokens: To integrate with a third-party service, Pabbly Connect needs your authorization to communicate with the service's application programming interface (API). A majority of third-party services employ OAuth protocol for this purpose, which enables Pabbly Connect to communicate with third-party services on your behalf.

API Keys and login credentials: Third-party services that do not employ the modern OAuth protocol use either API keys or login credentials to authenticate/authorize the communication with the service's API. In this case, we securely save the API key/login credentials and will not use this personal information for any purposes other than those for which you have provided it. If you remove the connection you have provided the information for, we will automatically delete it from our database and server.

Pabbly Connect use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy and Google Privacy Policy including the Limited Use requirements. In case any user wants to remove the Pabbly Connect access from their Google account, they can simply do so from the Google security setting page.

Pabbly Connect utilizes information received from the YouTube API for API client purposes in full compliance with YouTube's Terms of Service. By using Pabbly Connect, including features that involve YouTube API services, users agree to adhere to YouTube's Terms of Service.

Pabbly Connect never shares the Restricted Platform Data from Facebook with any third-party organizations or person. Note that the task history in the Pabbly Connect account is available for the last 15 days only, post which all data are being deleted automatically.

For Indian Users who are using Pabbly Payment Gateway:

Account information of Merchants

If you create an account to take advantage of the full range of services offered on Pabbly, we ask for and record Personal Information such as your name, email address, and mobile number. We may collect and store your Sensitive Personal Data or Information (such as any financial information including inter alia credit card, debit card details, bank account and know your customer ("KYC") documents as per RBI regulations and any other information as may be applicable) that the User may opt to save in the User account created with Pabbly. We use your email address to send you updates, news, and newsletters (if you willingly subscribe to the newsletter during signup, or anytime after signup) and contact you on behalf of other Users (such other Users who send you friend requests, personal messages, or other social collaboration based events). If you do not want to receive communications from us that are not relevant to you or your use of our services, please click on the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of such e-mails sent to you by us. Pabbly assures that your Personal Information will not be made public or sold to any third party. The User shall have an option to erase any information provided by the User including Personal Information. If a User opts for the said option of erasure, Pabbly shall delete all stored information of the User from its servers.

Customer Information

We also store customer information of customers such as address, mobile number, Third Party Wallet details, Card Details, and email addresses making payments through Pabbly checkouts. However, only when customer chooses to share the information on the businesses powered with Pabbly applications, we share the information with respective businesses. However, Pabbly is not liable in any way for any misuse of this information by the business or people related to the businesses to whom the information is shared by the customer.

4. How We Share Your Information

As a matter of policy, we will not sell or rent information about you and we will not disclose information about you in a manner inconsistent with this Privacy Policy except as required by law or government regulation. We cooperate with law enforcement inquiries, as well as other third parties, to enforce laws such as those regarding intellectual property rights, fraud and other personal rights.

We will not share the personal information we collect about you with any third party for their own marketing purposes without your consent. We may share your data with our services providers who process your personal information to provide services to us or on our behalf. We have contracts with our service providers that prohibit them from sharing the information about you that they collect or that we provide to them with anyone else, or using it for other purposes.

You may decline to submit Personally Identifiable Information through the Services, in which case we may not be able to provide certain services to you. We take data security seriously. Your data is securely stored with Amazon Web Services (United States) and Hetzner Online GmbH (Finland), using services such as Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3) and Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS) for secure storage. The applications configured in Pabbly Connect, such as MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, Gmail, Asana, etc., with your access tokens, keys, and credentials, are securely stored in an AES-256 Encrypted Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS), which is accessible only through our IP using an SSL connection.

7. Your Choices About Your Information

9. Storing & Deletion Of Personal Data

We retain your information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which we process the information as set out in this policy. However, we may retain your Personal Data for a longer period of time where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.

We do not own any of your data, information, and materials or the data, information and materials of your authorized users and customers that you or your authorized users post or upload to our Services ("Customer Data"). As between Pabbly and you, you retain title to and ownership of all right, title and interest in your Customer Data. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to access, disclose the process, transmit and use your Customer Data for performing our Services to you and for complying with these Terms. Following any expiration or termination of these Terms or your Pabbly account, we will retain a copy of your Customer Data for 15 days and after such 15-day period; we will have no obligation to maintain or provide access to your Customer Data and will thereafter unless legally prohibited, delete all Customer Data in our possession. You agree that you are solely responsible for exporting your Customer Data prior to any such expiration or termination, and if you require assistance for exporting your Customer Data following any such expiration or termination, you may be required to pay a separate fee to us.

We may use (but not disclose) data collected regarding your use of our Services for our internal business purposes, including for creating anonymous, aggregated and otherwise non-personal data. We may freely use and make available such anonymous, aggregated and otherwise non-personal data regarding the use of our Services for our business purposes. We will ensure that this anonymous, aggregated and otherwise non-personal data cannot identify you or your customers and can in no way be specifically associated with you or any of your customers.

For Pabbly Email Marketing application, we retain email campaign data, including templates, subscriber details, and engagement metrics, for a maximum of 6 months. Subscribers and suppression lists are retained only during the service tenure.
For the Pabbly Connect application, we automatically remove all data and reports from workflow history that are older than 15 days.
For Pabbly Chatflow Application, we automatically delete inbox chats and payment order history after 90 days, activity logs after 7 days, and flow history after 15 days.
For the Pabbly Email Verification application, we will remove email verification reports and verified lists from your dashboard that are older than 15 days from the completion of the verification process.
For Pabbly Subscription Billing application, affiliate click data older than 6 months will be automatically deleted. Webhook events and history older than 3 months will also be automatically deleted. Any activity logs exceeding 90 days in age will be deleted automatically, and exported CSV files from the system will be automatically removed after 48 hours.

In the event of a Pabbly account deletion, all data associated with the account will be promptly and permanently deleted, and recovery will not be possible under any circumstances.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract with us as per the applicable laws. Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. Thus, we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to register. If you are under 18, please do not attempt to register for the Service or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under the age of 18 may provide any personal information for listing any service.

11. Merger And Acquisitions

In case of a merger or acquisition, we reserve the right to transfer all the information, including personally identifiable information, stored with us to the new entity or company thus formed. Any change in the Website's policies and standing will be notified to you through email.
